
Kirsten Sim
Kirsten Sim is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, specialised in the area of Paediatric dietetics. She completed her Undergraduate Degree in Nutrition, followed by a Master of Dietetics at the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand.
She is currently working as a dietitian at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead. Prior to this has worked at Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick, and Starship Children’s Hospital in Auckland, New Zealand.
Kirsten has vast experience in the nutrition management of infants and children with various conditions including gastrointestinal disorders (such as coeliac disease and irritable bowel syndrome), food allergies and intolerances, feeding difficulties, enteral feeding, faltering growth and vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
Kirsten is passionate about nutrition, and enjoys working closely with children and their families to help them achieve their goals and live their healthiest lives.
