Ensure you’re always prepared with our comprehensive Asthma Action Plan. Living with asthma requires careful management, and having a well-defined action plan is crucial. Our Asthma Action Plan is designed to empower individuals with asthma, providing a clear set of instructions and guidelines to manage asthma symptoms effectively.

Asthma Action Plans will ONLY be provided if your child is an existing patient of The Children’s Clinic, has been seen by their treating specialist within the last 12 months and they have a future appointment booked for a review with their treating specialist.
Please ensure the above criteria are met as refunds cannot be provided for incorrect ordering.
Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Please note that the specialists at The Children’s Clinic work on particular days of the week and therefore there may be a delay in processing your order. We apologise for any inconvenience.
